contribute to Azerbaijan’s cooperation with Euro-Atlantic Institutions;
raise public awareness and knowledge about NATO, EU, COE and other European Institutions;
ensure various venues for discussions, deliberations and exchange of views on current role of Euro-Atlantic Partnership in the light of the dangers posed by new security challenges;
facilitate a stable and integrated society that would base its values on highly moral grounds;
develop the intellectual and professional skills of the members of the Organization, facilitate their ability for access to new information and knowledge;
inform different layer of the society about Euro-Atlantic Institutions and Azerbaijan’s aims to integrate to these organizations;
promote democratic development of Azerbaijan on the basis of shared values, rule of law and human rights;
encourage scientific-research activities on Azerbaijan and international security issues;
participate at the forums devoted to international security policy;
cooperate with organizations in Azerbaijan and abroad, which support the aims of AYEAO.
