This international event is being held as a second round of the same initiative, which was held by JEF Azerbaijan and AYEAO with the support of the European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe in Baku, in April 2004. Existing conflicts in Caucasus are major obstacles for the development of economy and civil society in the region. The conflicts weaken every kind of cooperation between different Caucasian peoples and states. Without mutual cooperation and understanding the future prosperity of the region would remain a good dream. We are also wishing to be part of peace-building process in our region and work out own approach using advanced experience.
